I am Bethany Reul ISSA-Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutritionist. If you are struggling with your weight or bad eating habits, I'm your girl! I broke free from my own vicious dieting cycle and eating disorders (ED) when I realized I no longer wanted to be a slave to food. I'll be straight up with you, it wasn't easy. But my desire to want to have freedom from food and dieting far outweighed the discomfort I endured with new healthier habits and a balanced eating mindset.
The moment I accepted that my body didn't need fixing single-handedly released me from a painful chaotic lifestyle with food. My food needed to serve my body and not my emotions. I desperately needed a sane way of living and eating. With this new mindset, I chose foods that nourished vs. negated my body with mindful intentional meal planning. For the first time in my life, I trusted myself to make the right food decisions I needed for my definition of a healthy body.
Since conquering my food demons, I have been able to live a full life of being present for my family and friends, creating successful businesses, crushing fitness goals, and taking part in community outreach projects that are near and dear to my heart.
