The Rosedale B Fit Wellness Program is a collaborative curriculum between Rosedale Golf & Country Club and B Powerful Personal Training. This program is comprehensive and includes activities from fitness classes, nutrition classes, personal coaching and group programs.
As part of the Rosedale B Fit Wellness Program, club members can expect a variety of free Group Exercise classes to fit all interests and fitness levels. Rosedale club members will also have the option to attend the complementary weekly health clubs that include supportive group meetings, mini-seminars and opportunities to win fitness and nutrition challenges for prizes.

As part of our Rosedale B Fit program, we are happy to offer nutritional planning and instruction through one-on-one and group sessions. Once I started doing yoga and saw how much better my back felt, I knew that I needed to show people that they can do Yoga at any age and it they can feel good also. my passion to show the mature population, how Yoga can help them and make them feel great, get stronger, flexible and feel good. I have a passion for helping my clients live longer, healthier lives.

WOW! Client Joanne B lost 8 lbs, 3% Body Fat & 12 total inches in just 7 weeks! She learned how to eat the foods she loves with her B Powerful custom meal plan. For her exercise goals, Personal Trainer Bethany coached her on target heart rate zone training to maximimize her calorie burn in her fav Rosedale Group Exercise classes. When she couldn’t make it to class the B Powerful Workout APP came in handy for a quick at-home or gym custom workouts to stay on top of her exercise goals.
