RUNNING IS MY PASSION

My name is Bethany Reul ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer Nutritionist and competitive runner. I have been challenging my runner clients beyond what they could have imagined for themselves for 16 years.


My Running Programs is comprised of 3 components I have found crucial in progressive and injury-free runner development (from Beginner-Advanced levels): 


  • Runner Core Strength Training: Core strength training in not only crucial to race training, it will also ensure longevity in the sport. So many of my runner friends were forced to quit their beloved sport due to back, hip, or knee injuries. Running is a high impact sport and you have to equip were body to handle the constant pounding from the ground. My runner core strength training workouts targets these key areas plus overall strength to build a stronger YOU - even when you fall out of love for the sport.


  • Runner "All-Inclusive" Stamina Training: Many of the runner program online are difficult unmotivating, and time-consuming to follow. Plus they forget an all too important factor in runner performance - cross training. To become a competitive and injury-free runner, you must train your hip in all planes of motion. My runner cross-training  workouts keep it fun with spinning bike or stationary bike workouts to fun beats and cardio HIIT exercises for fast twitch muscle fiber development (crucial to speed gains). My runner mileage plans  are specifically deigned for the every day adult truying to juggle it all. Pick from 1-day to 3-day week runs to make it doable and enjoyable.


  • Runner Balanced Nutrition: The nutrition component is absolutely crucial to overall stamina and recovery. If you aren't eating the right foods or quantities, you won't be able to achieve your runner goals. My Runner Nutrition includes your specific daily calories and macros based on your current body weight and body fat %, activity level, and health goals (i.e. Weight Loss or Weight Management). For a small upgrade we can include a 30-day custom meal plan with foods you love with intermittent meal and snack schedule to keep you energized all day.
